Please park in the front lot and walk between buildings 515 and 535 (there will be dentist offices of either side of you as you walk down the path) towards Suite 18 in building 555. If you require a ramp/handicap entrance, you can either use our front door or the rear entrance of suite 17. If using the rear entrance, please let our staff know before your visit, drive up to the back of the building and we will let you in through Suite 17.
